The area of the Saddle 6 showing is underlain by volcanic rock of the Upper Triassic Stuhine Group near the contact of a Triassic to Jurassic quartz diorite stock of the Copper Mountain plutonic suite.

A sample of quartz vein in mafic volcanic rock assayed 9.5 grams per tonne silver and 0.84 per cent copper (Rock Sampling Data sheet, Assessment Report 19783). The vein and/or sample contained 7 per cent chalcopyrite, 3 per cent specularite and 2 per cent pyrite.
